*  A draw will take place on or after Aug 2nd,  and before Aug 9th, annually.

 

* Each email application received will be printed and sorted according to the WMU being applied for. Folded in the same manner and then placed in a large container.

* Applications for each WMU will be processed separately. 

​

* The applications will be mixed, then drawn out,  one at a time. The first, second and third preference dates will be reviewed for availability

of user limits.

​

*  The user limits will be filled in the order that the application was drawn.

​​

* If there are no user limits available for any of the preference dates available for any of the preferred dates you will be placed on a wait list, under the preference dates that have the shortest wait list. 

​

*All applications received will be drawn and processed.  

​

* Successful applicants will be Notified via email within 14 days of the draw.

​​
