  *Applications for hunting access will be accepted starting July 15th and end on Aug 2 of each calendar year.

​*Applications must sign up through the website Spruceranch.ca

​

​*Complete the form noting applicants name, contact info including phone number, address and email address.

 

*Preference Dates ranked 1,2,3 in the order of your preferred dates. Keep in mind the dates you put down is what is considered your entry. If your circumstances change that is on you and we will move you to the bottom of the pile and select the next person on the wait list.

*Each Preference Dates are considered & sequential days start start Sunday and end Saturday of every week. Example Week 1 Sunday October 6 - Saturday October 12. You may select up to 3 choices of preferred sequential weeks ( depending where you are drawn in the draw will determine your week)

​*If you choose to have a hunting partner,  please name that person on your application. 1 person per hunting partner is allowed on the application.

*Please Submit a Separate Application for each WMU you wish to hunt.

*ONLY SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL BE NOTIFIED WITH THEIR WEEK! IF YOU DO NOT GET A EMAIL BY AUGUST 20 TH ANNUALLY YOU WILL BE PLACED ON THE WAIT LIST PER THE PRIORITY ASSIGNED DURING THE DRAW  AND WILL ONLY BE CONTACTED IF A SPOT OPENS UP.
