 You are required to sign in on the first day of your assigned dates. There will be a vehicle sign-in form waiting for you at the designated entrance gate. Please follow the instructions to fill out the form, leave your copy on the dash of your vehicle, and the carbon copy in the bin. If you do not sign in by the end of your first day and have not provided any notification to spruceranching@gmail.com, your dates will be cancelled. If you are not able to use any of the dates you received, please notify the Spruce Ranching Co-Op as soon as possible so that these User Limits may be offered to the next person(s) on the waitlist. Note: Recreational Access is not permitted while a Fire Ban is in place.

 

Unsuccessful Applicants:  You will be placed on a waitlist, per the priority assigned during the draw, and will be notified if one of your preference dates becomes available through cancellation. If a cancellation occurs within 10 days of the start of the preference dates, the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.

 

Partner Hunters:  We understand that many hunters enjoy hunting with a partner or helper. If you would like to hunt with a partner, please note their name on your application, and have them include your name on their application. The organizers will try to accommodate these requests as follows: The first hunting partner drawn will be assigned dates, or placed on the waiting list, per the process described above. The partner hunter noted on the form will also be placed on the same dates. The partner hunter’s form will be considered processed by following the step described above.  1 partner/ 1 application
